Free shipping on U.S. orders of $35+. Here is how and when your order arrives.

Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States. This includes all 50 states and Washington, D.C. Delivery to Alaska and Hawaii can take longer. We do not ship to U.S. territories or outside the United States at this time.
Shipping cost
- Orders of $35 or more: free standard shipping.
- Orders under $35: $5.99 flat rate.
You see the shipping cost in the cart and again on the checkout page before you pay.
When your order ships and arrives
- Processing: orders ship within 1–3 business days after you pay. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays are processed on the next business day.
- Delivery: most orders arrive 3–5 business days after they ship.
Your order ships from fulfillment centers in the United States in plain packaging. When it ships, you receive an email with a tracking link.
If there is a delay
If we cannot ship your order within the time shown, we will email you before that time with a new shipping date and the option to cancel for a full refund.
Damaged, missing or wrong items
Email contact@vidaplayworld.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund, and you do not pay any return shipping. See our return policy.
