The terms that apply when you use this website or buy from our online shop.

This website and online shop are operated by VIDA TRADE LLC, doing business as Vida Play World ("we", "us"). Our address is 1618 E Ayre St, Newport, DE 19804, USA. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Orders
When you place an order, you receive an email receipt. The order is accepted when we ship it. We may cancel an order and refund it in full if an item is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Sales tax is added at checkout where we are required to collect it.
3. Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is described on our shipping page. Returns, refunds and cancellations are described in our return policy. Both are part of these terms.
4. Products
All products are brand-new and sold in the manufacturer's original retail packaging. We describe products and show photos as accurately as we can. Packaging and colors can vary slightly from the photos. Please read the warnings printed on the packaging before use.
5. Promotions
Promotion codes are valid only for the period and products stated in the offer, cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined unless the offer says so. One code can be used per order.
6. Trademarks
Vida Play World and its logo are our trademarks. Product and brand names in our shop belong to their owners. Minecraft is a trademark of the Microsoft group of companies. Vida Play World is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Mojang or Microsoft.
7. Use of the website
Do not misuse the website, for example by trying to access it in ways other than through the normal interface, or by sending false orders. Content on this website may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.
